Privacy policy
Last updated: June 11, 2026
Workcraft Labs (operated by Manifest Labs LLC, "Workcraft," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Information you give us — name, email, company, and answers you submit through our assessment, contact forms, or when booking a call.
- Usage data — standard analytics such as pages visited, referral source, browser, and approximate location, collected via privacy-respecting analytics.
How we use it
- To respond to inquiries and deliver assessment reports you request.
- To schedule and prepare for discovery calls.
- To send occasional emails about our work if you've opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data. Ever.
- We don't share your information with third parties except the service providers needed to run this site and our scheduling, email, and form tools — each bound by their own privacy obligations.
Client work
Information shared with us during consulting engagements is governed by the agreements for those engagements and is never used in public materials without written permission.
Data retention
We keep assessment and contact data only as long as needed for the purpose you provided it, or as required by law. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing dave@workcraft.co. We'll respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
